Dr. William Herr

Hard-working, honest, and trustworthy are just a few of the many characteristics you will find in a dentist near Mansfield, especially Dr. Herr.

Shadowing dentists during his undergraduate studies, he witnessed the impact positive oral healthcare had on people’s lives, and he wanted to be a part of that. As a result, he completed his bachelor’s degree in microbiology from The Ohio State University before enrolling at the University of Maryland’s School of Dentistry. There he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and discovered his passion for prosthodontics, implant dentistry, and oral surgery.

After graduation, he attended the Veterans Administration’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program. Since completing all of his educational and professional training, he has continued to pursue additional opportunities to hone, refine, and expand his skills and knowledge.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him with his family and friends and cheering on The Ohio State University football team.

Dr. Andrew Luccio

As a dentist near Mansfield, Dr. Luccio completed his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Richmond before enrolling at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his dental degree. His pursuit of knowledge and hands-on experience led him to receive the American Academy of Periodontology’s Achievement Award for his clinical and academic excellence in periodontics.

Always considering healthcare his chosen path, he knew dentistry was the right choice once he decided he could make a positive difference in the lives of those in his community.

Today, Dr. Luccio remains an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and the American Dental Association. He also has advanced training in Invisalign.

Outside the office, he enjoys being with his family and friends, traveling, and supporting the Celtics and Patriots when they play.

Dr. Poya Jafari

Dr. Jafari enjoyed biology in high school. He decided to take his passion for science and his ability to work with his hands to shadow dentists during a family visit to Iran. Since both of his parents worked in the scientific/medical field, he appreciated how he could help others embrace better health. Discovering that dentistry allowed him to combine engineering and biology, he decided to work at a local dentist’s office during his undergraduate career. It was then that he realized dentistry was his preferred career path.

After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts, he enrolled at the University of Connecticut to complete his dental education. In addition to two years of dental school, he completed two years of medical school before choosing to pursue general dentistry. During his time there, he and a few other students went to Honduras on a mission trip to provide dental care to underserved communities.

While at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, he received the Prosthetic Dentistry Award and learned about various dental specialties, patients, and complex cases.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him snowboarding with his college friends, hiking in southern Utah, and woodworking.

How Can We Help Improve Your Smile Near Mansfield?

Regardless of how long you have been visiting Attleboro Dental Group, our team cares about making sure you are happy with your smile. As dentists and periodontists near Mansfield, we offer a wide range of services designed not only to boost your appearance but also to improve your oral health for a lifetime. Click on the images below to discover all the ways we can positively impact your daily life now and in the long run.

I Need a Checkup & Cleaning

One way to maintain long-term oral health is to see us biannually (twice a year) for regular checkups and cleanings. At our dental office near Mansfield, one of our dentists can closely examine and identify problem areas, such as decay, gum disease, damage, and infection, in their earliest stages. We can then administer treatment before the issue worsens, giving your smile the best chance to thrive year after year.

I Want to Enhance My Smile

Cosmetic dentistry may focus on boosting the aesthetics of your smile, but it also enhances your oral health and improves your mental and emotional stability. With veneers, teeth whitening, and other similar services, we can hide imperfections, close gaps, and transform your appearance so that all you see is a more confident, beautiful version of yourself.

I am Missing One or More Teeth

Tooth loss can be remedied with different forms of replacement, including dental bridges, dentures, and dental implants near Mansfield. With an in-house periodontist on staff, we can rebuild and restore your appearance so that your complete set of teeth allows you to speak, eat, and smile more confidently. One thing you’ll enjoy most is the fact that dental implants can last decades!

I Want to Straighten My Smile

Straighter teeth and a more comfortably aligned bite are possible with ClearCorrect and Invisalign aligners. Instead of opting for metal brackets and wires, these solutions create a more discreet experience you can enjoy, all while your teeth move into their proper position. When finished, all you will see is a perfectly aligned smile that allows you to eat the foods you love, speak with clarity, and smile with complete confidence.

I am Worried About Bleeding Gums

Bleeding, swollen, and tender gums are not normal; they are a problem that needs to be addressed right away. Gum disease symptoms can be reversed if caught in their earliest stages; however, if left to progress, the infection can begin to attack the roots of your teeth and underlying bone. With gum disease treatment, however, we can target bad bacteria and improve your gum health over time.

I am Nervous/Scared of the Dentist

If you are nervous about visiting our dental office, don’t be. Our team is pleased to offer oral conscious and IV sedation methods to help you feel at ease. Regardless of the kind you receive, you can be certain that your visit will be comfortable and enjoyable. Instead of fearing the treatment chair and possible pain, sedation will block the signals that cause discomfort, keeping you relaxed while receiving essential care.

I am in Pain & Need Help

Whether you suffer from a bothersome, persistent toothache or a sports-related dental injury, our team is here to help. With emergency dentistry near Mansfield, we can address your oral crisis quickly and help you out of pain right away. When you call to alert a member of our team about your situation, you can trust that we will schedule a same-day appointment, if needed, so you can get the immediate assistance you need.

I Am Interested in Specialty Services

Attleboro Dental Group is pleased to have specialists on staff who can perform endodontic treatment, tooth extractions, implant placement and restoration, full-mouth rehabilitation, and more. Since these services are often more complex, you do not need to worry about a referral. Instead, we can perform them in-house so that you can stay with the same great team you already know and trust.

How We Make Dentistry Affordable

There’s no need to worry when it comes to paying for your dental care. At Attleboro Dental Group, we make it easy by offering three payment options for you to choose from. We welcome your dental insurance near Mansfield, accept flexible financing, and offer an in-house membership plan. Our team will be happy to discuss these options with you during your visit and help you decide which will be most financially beneficial.

We Welcome Dental Insurance

If you plan to use your dental insurance to pay for treatment, make sure to let a member of our team know. We accept almost all plans, including Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Altus, Cigna, and many more. When calling our office to share your insurance details, you can trust that we will do a complimentary benefits check. This will ensure you don’t experience any surprises along the way.

We Happily Accept Flexible Financing

Out-of-pocket costs can deter many people without dental insurance. This is why our dentists near Mansfield partner with CareCredit. This third-party financing company makes it easy to choose a low- to no-interest plan that fits you and your family’s budget. You will make monthly payments over time instead of paying the full amount upfront. If you are interested in applying, contact a member of our team.

We Have an In-House Membership Plan

Another option for those without dental insurance is our in-house membership plan. Instead of paying a monthly premium that includes annual deductibles, maximums, and waiting periods, you agree to pay a low monthly fee that covers most preventive services and emergency care. You also receive discounts on restorative solutions, such as dental crowns, fillings, and more. If this sounds like an option you and your family could benefit from, call our office to learn more.
